ROLL CRUSHER

Moderate Machines manufactures Roll Crushers. It is used mainly as secondary crushers for producing smaller fractions, are designed for heavy-duty, long life service and minimum maintenance. Working principle: the two parallel roller shells are rotated in opposite direction and materials are nipped for crushing. Specifications: frame (body) - a box type frame is made out of MS plates, reinforced by steel ribs and base frame are of MS squares riveted to main frame; the top and side plates are bolted to main frame; of the two rollers, one is stationary and second one is adjustable/ floating the roller shells are to be kept parallel; each roller rotates in two bush bearings; for safety of rollers, adjustable roller is spring loaded ensure safety of machine in case any uncrushable material comes/ passes through machines without doing any damage; roller shell are mounted on shaft by means of coupling; oil ring is provided for lubrication of bearings; and the spur gears are mounted on shaft of each roller, and drive the roller shell independently.
