Mini pulveriser

Surabee Machines offers mini pulveriser to grind all sticky materials. These machines are highly useful for flourmills, ayurvedic industries, bakeries, chemical pulverising industries, etc. The materials to be ground are fed into the drum from a hopper. The beaters inside the drum accelerate the material at very high speed to the toothed liner placed at the upper half of the inner periphery of the drum. The material is pulverised by impact and shearing. The ground material is discharged through a mesh placed at the lower half of the inner periphery of the drum. The mesh can be changed as per the size of the flour required. The moving parts of the machine are well balanced for efficient and trouble free working. The bearings are given ample lubrication. The liners are made of high-grade chromium steel for maximum durability. The models available are in both cast iron and stainless steel fabrication.
