Impact Mill

Able Manufacturers offers an Impact Mill. This is a multipurpose grinding machine that works on the principle of grinding materials due to impact in-between swing hammers and fixed serrated plates. The material enters the impact mill through feeding tray into the grinding chamber and gets powdered. The finely powdered material will be carried away with air pressure through the blower to the cyclone separator, where the product can be collected. Impact mill is of robust construction, fabricated with heavy steel plates to withstand grinding forces and vibrations. The parts prone to wear are made of or coated with special grade steels. Models are available from AMIM 10 HP, 20 HP and up to 150 HP. Capacity: Different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customers’ requirements, e.g., agricultural products 25 to 600 kg/hr; minerals – 50 to 1500 kg/hr (capacity varies from product to product). These machines are manufactured in both mild steel and in stainless steel contact parts, grade SS 304.
