Surface Vibrator is used in building construction to compact concrete.
- High frequency vibration allows the efficient compaction of low slump concrete mixes
- Compaction improves the strength and finish of concrete by driving out entrapped air
- The epicyclic design of the model VP vibrator range generates high frequency vibration from a low flex shaft speed. The rotor generating the vibration is supported by a single self-aligning bearing and executes a pendulum motion. Vibration is greatest at the nose of the vibrator head.
- The low speed of both the flexible shaft and vibrator rotor results in longer service life
