Concrete Pump, Portable, High Capacity

Jamshedji Construction Machinery offers a portable concrete pump. Although concrete has long been used in construction, placement by pumping is a relatively new development in the industry. When properly and systematically done, concrete pumping can be a cost effective method, especially where there are space restrictions. This pump, has been developed taking into consideration multipurpose applications required by contractors. Two models are available, in capacity of 15 m3/hr and 45 m3/hr. The lower capacity model is ideal for midrange pumping requirements. It has a maximum horizontal reach of 150 metres and vertical of 45 metres. Apart from pumping 20 mm structural concrete, it has got additional applications like shotcreting of tunnels, castable refractories, grouting and compacting. The high capacity model has a maximum horizontal reach of 300 metres and vertical reach of 80 metres. It has the capacity to push concrete of 40 mm aggregate.
