Ganesh Quality Machines Pvt Ltd has taken a plunge in the Automation of Existing Foundry Equipment right from the muller, mixer to the automation of sand coating plants. The company offers customised solutions to foundries considering their requirement. It has already automated several types of equipment to reduce the dependability over manpower. The company undertakes projects such as automation of intensive mixer, sand mixers, sand mullers, moulding lines sand coating plants with batching system, automatic sand weighing and batching system. Established in 1978, Ganesh Quality Machines Pvt Ltd started with manufacturing of foundry equipment like sand mixers, mullers, ladles, etc. The company now manufactures both Shell sand and green sand foundry machines and sand preparation equipment, resin sand preparation equipment, core making machines, shell moulding machine, conveyors, meta handling equipment, and all gravity die casting machines. It also manufactures special purpose machines as per requirement of foundries. The company is a pioneer in developing the following machines for the first time in India: automatic four station shell moulding machines; fluid bed sand cooler; flake resin sand coating plant; resin sand coating plant; cold box core shooter; and fully automatic two station core shooter machine.
