Heat Exchangers

IDMC Limited manufactures various types of Heat Exchangers for a wide range of applications including dairy, food, chemical, textile, hydrocarbon, refrigeration, marine, steel, petrochemical and power sectors. The heat exchangers are available in various types like shell and tube, tube in tube, corrugated tubular, plate and frame all selected and customised to requirements. Plate heat exchangers are available in plate size of 0.04 to 2.5 sq. m and port sizes ranging from 32 NB to 500 NB in flow range of 100 up to 2,000 klph and materials of construction like SS304, SS316, SMO Hast-alloy and Titanium and other exotic materials as per application requirements. The plate heat exchangers are available in various versions including gasketed sanitary design plate heat exchangers in SS clad/MS painted frames. IDMC Limited undertakes turnkey projects involving manual and fully automated computer-controlled refrigeration plants for dairies and factories manufacturing ice-cream, butter, yogurt, cheese and various other milk products. The company has also set up large capacity refrigeration plants for meat industry, fruit and vegetable pack houses, brewery, steel and shipyard sector. The refrigeration plants executed by IDMC are state-of-the-art with reciprocating as well as screw compressors.
