This is for heat and humidity recovery for indoor air quality – IAQ, air handling units, modular air-conditioning units civil air-conditioning system and many more industrial purposes. Heat exchanger wheels, which are also called as energy recovery wheels, are made of aluminium base and on the surface are coated with hygroscopic. In this model, aluminium foil is coated with corrosion resistance material. It is used for sensible/heat energy recovery application only. The rotor matrix is made of aluminium foil coated with 3A°/4A° molecular sieve. It will aid recovery of total energy (sensible and latent). It is widely used model for most of air-conditioning system. Devfresh heat exchanger wheel (HEW) advantages include: high performance, high efficiency heat and humidity recovery; brush seal with low pressure drop; polished and hardened surface; and built-in purge section. Standard sizes range from HEW-500 to HEW-5000 models with rotor depth 200, 250 and 270 mm. Customised non standard models can be done on request.
