Silicone Rubber Products for Pharma

Moulik Rubber Industries, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, manufactures high quality moulded and extruded Silicone Rubber products, catering to the huge needs and demands of the pharmaceutical industry. All the products are manufactured from pure silicone rubber (transparent and coloured) of the highest quality. Automatic state-of-the-art machinery and technologies are used to achieve utmost precision and accuracy in the end products. The products are food grade in nature (FDA 21 CFR) and they comply with USP Class VI requirements. They are non-reactive to fluids and have high resistance to ozone and radiations. The operating temperature range lies between -50 °C to 180°C. Moulded products include O-rings (2.5 mm to 1000 mm dia), flat gaskets, tri clover gaskets (from transparent and coloured silicone rubber), envelope and body gaskets, bellows, autoclave gaskets, diaphragms or any other gasket type/design/size as per customer’s requirements. Extruded products include silicone tubes (transparent and coloured), autoclave gaskets and profiles (any required design), door gaskets, cords and strips (round, square, sponge or any required design) or any other custom built items as per customer’s requirements. All above products are also available in other types of rubbers like viton, EPDM, and nitrile in required sizes and hardness.
