Our company has an excellent team of technocrats who offer technical support to customers in no time.” While in 2003-04, the market value of this segment was estimated at around Rs 500 crores, it is now poised for a quantum jump of Rs 3,500 crores. In view of this emerging volume, global players have started with customised products.

Though this system entered the Indian market at the beginning of 90s, but primarily was confined to corporate, BPO and KPO sectors, and now it is entering the residential, hotels, skyscraper buildings and more. These cables are fast becoming a need of regular life for its ideal characteristic for data transfer, voice calling and image transfer with total security.
Gupta said that they were been given the allowance to drive R&M products through Jammu & Kashmir to Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha and the entire north-eastern region, and are optimistic that with R&M’s presence in the same market for long, it would enable them to penetrate in the tier-two, three and four cities in view of their strong technical support system available. They are expecting to do business worth Rs 20 crores over the next few months.
R&M has further organised an intensive training programme with Radiant for the North Indian System Integrators at the capital on May 17th, 2019. At the culmination of the course, participants will go through an exam to enable them to qualify carrying out SCS enabled projects and receive a Certificate of Recognition thereof, Gupta added.
