ELROMA 2021 focuses on green solutions for electrical rotating machine industry

Electrical Rotating Machines & Drives division of IEEMA (Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers' Association) is hosting ELROMA 21, an international technical conference & exhibition on electrical rotating machines, drives & applications which is being held from September 6-8, 2021. More than 1000 delegates from 200 plus organizations from 25 countries are expected to attend the virtual conference.

The theme for 10th Edition of ELROMA is “Smart Efficient Rotating Machines & Control Solutions for a Greener World” which is directed towards bringing all stakeholders at a common platform to present, exchange, discuss and showcase technology, innovations, results, products, experiences on all aspects of electrical rotating machines, drives & applications.

“ELROMA will provide an international platform to showcase new ideas and developments, technical discussions with peers, exchange of technical information, and first-hand access to knowledge and trends of technology developments in the electrical rotating machines and drives industry around the globe,” said Ashok Kulkarni, Chairman ELROMA 2021 & from CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd.

Anil Naik, Former Chairman Rotating Machines Division IEEMA and from Bharat Bijlee, said ““This event is a platform for the fast- evolving industry to showcase the advancements and innovation which are prerequisites for modern day growth.  The event will also help connect the stakeholders of the industry and the allied sectors for exchange of information on the latest state-of-the-art technologies & networking platform across industries, utilities, EPC contractors, laboratories, government bodies, research organizations and institutions in the field of Electrical Rotating Machines, Drives & Applications.”

“Elroma 2021 will focus on innovation, technological advancement that will help industry to transform complex systems to a simpler and greener solutions.  We have the top of technology and expertise to develop world class products and through this platform Indian companies will present their expertise to the world and this will help India to become a leader in the rotating machine industry in near future,” added Dr Praveen Vijayraghavan, Chairman Technical Committee IEEMA and  Integrated Electric.

The exhibition will be followed by the conference where a wide range of topics will be discussed by the experts across the globe. Some of the topics include emerging trends in design of electrical rotating machines, advances in drives & smart control systems, conventional & futuristic application in electrical rotating machines & drives, testing, diagnostics, monitoring & standardisation in moon control systems, advances in materials & manufacturing technology etc.

The conference would provide wider reach to the authors to present their contribution to the electrical Industry and get due recognition. The papers presented in the conference shall be evaluated by experts and published in digital volume of ELROMA 2021.
