Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL), a market leader in fluid management solutions for large infrastructure projects participated at the Kisan Fair, 2016 held at Pune from 14-18 December 2016, with a display of agricultural, domestic and industrial products. In order to keep the farmers in tune about their solar technologies for agriculture use, KBL is also organised a live demo for its solar range of pumps. Solar energy, a boon for mankind can be utilised for farming related operations also that can reduce dependency on fluctuating electric supply, and high priced diesel.

KBL offers three dynamic ranges of solar pumping solutions, i.e., solar borewell submersible, solar surface and solar openwell submersible. These solar pumps provide a water output capacity ranging from 4,000 ltr per day to 6,00,000 ltr per day. KBL’s solar pumping system is also approved by MNRE and NABARD which is easily available through subsidies and bank loans.  

The Kisan Fair, India’s largest agri show, is the only fair of its kind which is organised with an objective to create a single platform for the Indian agri-community. The 26th event at the Kisan series was attended by various agricultural professionals, policy makers, like-minded individuals, government officials and media from all parts of India.
