Ugam Wins IMC Award for its Machine Learning Algorithms

Mumbai, May 2017 – Ugam, a global leader in data and analytics, today announced that it has won the IMC Digital Technology Award in the 'Emerging Technologies' category, for its proven success in driving impactful retail decisions using its machine learning algorithms.

Ugam's pioneering machine learning algorithms have successfully enabled retailers to make confident business decisions in a changing retail environment. Big data is synthesised into effective solutions using a variety of algorithms including attribute extraction, product classification and clustering, image and sentiment analysis and text similarity.
