TE Connectivity Ltd, a world leader in connectivity systems and solutions, is showcasing a comprehensive portfolio of products for the space industry at the 39th COSPAR Scientific Assembly. COSPAR [Committee on Space Research] Scientific Assembly is being held in India after three decades and is expected to witness the biggest gathering of space scientists in the world. Organised by ISRO, COSPAR 2012 is being held between July 14 and July 22 at Infosys Training Centre in Mysore.

From cables and connectors to relays and fiber optics, TE helps design tough, lightweight, dependable systems for the space industry. Multiple products for applications in satellites, space craft, launch vehicles and ground support equipment including standard connectors, releasable connectors, rackable connectors, hermetic connectors, cryogenic connectors, subminiature connectors, junction modules, wiring harnesses, space wire and cables will be on display. TE Connectivity will be displaying its product portfolio at COSPAR at the Induction Hall of the Global Education Centre 2 (GEC-2).

Deutsch products are already in use for launch vehicles. The combined product portfolio to be displayed at the COSPAR expo includes connectors, which comply with the strict specifications for the launch and the use of satellites.

Delegates visiting COSPAR will be able to view the various product samples on display and will be updated with related presentations and briefings by TE's related product experts.
