Rigol Technologies Launches DG5000 Pro Series Waveform Generator in India

Rigol Technologies, a global leader in electronic test and measurement solutions, has launched the DG5000 Pro Series Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator in India. Designed for high?speed, multi?domain signal generation, the DG5000 Pro Series meets the complex requirements of Indian R&D laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and electronic system developers.

Featuring up to eight fully isolated channels, each capable of producing signals up to 500?MHz, the DG5000 Pro offers advanced options for synchronised or independent multi?signal generation. It delivers a 2.5?GSa/s sampling rate, 16?bit vertical resolution, and up to 128?Mpts/channel arbitrary waveform memory, ensuring outstanding precision and flexibility for testing workflows.

Compared with earlier models, the DG5000 Pro provides four times more memory, an expanded range of modulation features, and an enhanced 10.1?inch HD touchscreen interface with remote web?based control, all in a compact benchtop design.

Scalable Performance for Diverse Applications
Available in 2?, 4? or 8?channel configurations, the DG5000 Pro enables engineers to manage a variety of design validation and signal integrity challenges. Each channel is electrically isolated and can function independently or in sync with others, making it ideal for high?voltage isolation, mixed?signal systems, and differential signal testing.

Technical highlights of DG5000 Pro Series are:
  • Multi?Channel Output: Up to 8 isolated channels, 500?MHz each, for flexible signal generation
  • High?Fidelity Signals: 2.5?GSa/s sampling, 16?bit resolution, 128?Mpts/channel memory
  • Advanced Modulation: AM, FM, PM, FSK, PWM, IQ, and PRBS for complex applications
  • Flexible Architecture: Isolated outputs with digital triggering for safe, scalable testing
  • Modern Interface: 10.1?inch HD touchscreen, web?based control, LAN/USB connectivity

The DG5000 Pro’s isolated architecture enhances signal integrity while enabling safer, more versatile test setups. It is particularly suited for safety?critical or multi?domain systems in power electronics, automotive EMI/EMC compliance, and medical diagnostics.

As India accelerates innovation in quantum computing, radar and RF systems, EV and automotive power electronics, and 5G communications, the DG5000 Pro provides a scalable platform for high?bandwidth, high?precision signal generation. Its modular design and advanced functionality empower engineers to replicate real?world scenarios with improved control and accuracy.

The launch of the DG5000 Pro Series reflects Rigol’s commitment to supporting India’s expanding test and measurement ecosystem with high?performance, future?ready solutions.
