Vashi Integrated Solutions Ltd, one of India’s leading B2B procurement and sourcing partners in the Fast Moving Institutional Goods (FMIG) sector, has signed a Distribution Agreement with Sigenergy, a global energy technology company, to strengthen India’s smart energy ecosystem and accelerate the adoption of advanced energy solutions across residential and commercial markets.

The partnership combines Vashi Integrated Solutions’ market experience, distribution capabilities and growing partner ecosystem with Sigenergy’s portfolio of next-generation energy solutions. Under the collaboration, the companies will work to expand Sigenergy’s partner and installer network in India while providing training and technical support for effective deployment.

The portfolio will include residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) energy solutions, spanning advanced energy storage systems and AI-enabled energy management solutions designed to support smarter and more efficient energy use.
