Henkel has completed the acquisition of Netherlands-based Stahl Group (Stahl), a global player in high-performance specialty coatings for flexible materials. Following the fulfilment of all closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals, Stahl became fully part of Henkel on October 1, 2026.

Stahl serves leading brands worldwide across mobility, fashion & lifestyle, luxury and packaging markets. Its portfolio includes leather finishing solutions, performance coatings and packaging coatings designed to deliver unique performance attributes and a superior consumer experience. Stahl employs around 1,800 people globally and generated adjusted sales of €725 million in fiscal year 2025.
