Crown Worldwide Group, a global provider of records and information management, workspace, relocation and logistics solutions, has inaugurated a new facility in Siwari, Delhi NCR. Spread across a 7.5-acre site, the 135,000 sq ft facility marks a significant step in Crown’s investment in integrated business services in India.

The facility reflects Crown’s “One Crown” approach, which brings together the Group’s diverse capabilities to create greater value for customers, employees and partners.

For more than six decades, Crown has supported organisations and individuals with the movement, storage, protection and utilisation of critical assets, information and workplaces. While many customers know Crown for a specific service or business line, One Crown brings together the expertise of Crown Information Management, Crown Workspace, Crown Relocations, Crown Logistics, Crown World Mobility, Crown Fine Art and exXtra.

The approach enables customers to access a broader range of expertise and solutions through one trusted partner, while maintaining consistency in quality, governance and customer experience. For Crown, it creates greater opportunities for collaboration, shared expertise and innovation across its businesses. The guiding idea is: “One conversation. Multiple possibilities.”

The Delhi NCR facility brings multiple Crown operations together at one location. It includes an 82,000 sq ft warehouse with capacity for up to 900,000 cartons and is Green Building certified, with 20 per cent of the site dedicated to green coverage.

By consolidating operations, the facility gives customers greater visibility into Crown’s range of services and enables closer collaboration across the Group. For example, a company planning an office relocation may approach Crown for workplace transition and also access information management for digitising and storing records, relocation support for employees, logistics for specialised equipment or storage for surplus assets. Customers can select one service or several, with the wider range of support available through a single engagement.
