Hydraulic Mobile Crane

Shakti Mining Equipments offers a hydraulic mobile crane, Model S-Man. A pick-n-carry crane is usually described as a machine used primarily for raising or lowering a freely suspended load and placing it at a required destination. It is a large flexible structure moved by hydro mechanical control system that takes its input from a human operator and translates this command into the motion of actuators, which move the mechanical structure. The mobility of these cranes allows them to drive right up to the job site and position themselves very near the object to be lifted. Operators can quickly drive from one location to the next and have the crane at work right away. There is no delay time for repositioning. The S-MAN pick-n-carry crane are fitted with Simpson S 433(I) FI Bharat Stage II, 4 cylinders and water cooled diesel engine. Has been mounted on a heavy-duty main frame for ensuring the stability of the crane. Further, it has been also provided with two part telescopic boom with hydraulically operated extension. Along with its sliding mesh (6 forward and 2 reverse) power transmission system, it has high/low range selector and suitable heavy-duty clutches. For the ease of the operator sitting in the cabin, complete ventilation is provided with good all around visibility. These cranes are available in 9, 11 and 12 tonnes lifting capacity.
