Hopper With Elevating Feeder

Prodaid Engineers has developed a feeding system with combined features of Bulk Hopper and pneumatically driven elevating feeder, to feel well above ground level. The indexing drive is by using pneumatic cylinder, instead of conventional motor, resulting in simplicity with low cost automation. The system is ideal to feed big sized components, starting from dia 50 to dia 150 with weight ranging up to 2 kg, which is beyond the scope of vibratory bow feeders. The power consumption is same as low as 60 W bulb at 230 V, single phase input. It requires compressed air supply at 4 bar pressure.
