Electric Hoists

Shivpra offers a wide range of Electric Hoists. These are manufactured as per the Indian standards specification of 15-3938. These electric hoists are classified in to four groups as per the use and applicable area.

The classification of Electric Hoists

Class I (Light Duty)
These are normal maintenance use, which are not in constant use. Periodical maintenance of plant and machinery comes under this category. The average running time is 0.5 hours/day and total life is 2500 hours.

Class 2 (Medium Duty)
This class basically covers the large use of the industry Ex: In workshops, Foundries, Processing Plants. In fact everywhere a fair of activity exists. The average running time is 1.5 hr/day and total life is 9000 hrs.

Class 3 (Heavy Duty)
This class is for continuous operations plants of work shops and production shops where the crane handling work because a part of production process by helping production particularly in those work shops which runs two shifts or more. The average running time is 3 hr/Day and the total life is 20,000 hrs.

Class 4 (Extra heavy Duty)
This class includes very special and highest importance continuous production plants like steel industry, Cement Industry, Important Storage houses and some selected industries. There are continuous duty operations. The average running time is over 6 hr/day and total life is 40,000 hr.

Many kinds of unit material handling equipment like chain pulley blocks, chain hoist, trolleys, field hoist, movable hoist with trolley, carved beam hoists etc., are also offered.
