Denseveyor Pneumatic Conveying System

Denseveyor offers a versatile and pollution-free pneumatic conveying system for various bulk materials. The Denseveyor system operates on the principle of dense phase pneumatic conveying, ie, a high pressure dense material-air mixture at a low velocity moving through the conveying pipeline in separate batches. The Denseveyor comprises a one-piece body with top inlet aperture for inflow of material and a horizontal outlet aperture for conveying material. Mounted on the top inlet aperture is a specially designed pressure-tight dome valve, the only moving part in the system, thus reducing the maintenance costs. There is controlled air supply to the conveying vessel. This with its inflatable rubber seal to provide a leak-proof system, low velocities in material transfer resulting in less wear and tear, minimum maintenance costs, and minimum air consumption are some of the salient features of the system.
