Conveyor belts

Stallion Engineering Systems from New Delhi, manufactures rubber conveyor belts. These belts are designed and offered conforming to Indian Standard IS 1891 (Part I) 1994. Technical specifications: Standard Range of Belt Widths: 400 - 2400 mm Fabrics: The belts are offered with Cotton, Nylon and EP fabrics in 2 to 8 plies. Belt edges: Belt edges can be given in both cut and sealed (moulded) edges. Cover grades: M-24 : For heavy, sharp abrasive materials as per IS 1891 (Part - I) 1994 Heat resistant HR (T1) : Recommended for carrying hot coarse material upto 125 degree C and hot fine materials upto 100 degree C, as per IS 1891 (Part-II) 1993. Super heat resistant SHR (T2) : A Specially compounded grade for carrying extremely hot materials with temp. upto 180 Deg. C for fines and 200 Deg. C for coarse. This grade also conforms to IS 1891 (Part-II) 1993. This grade of belting may be used for higher temperatures but will result in reduction in belt life. Oil resistant : Special Oil Resistant compounds are used to give the best possible resistance to fat and oil. This grade conforms to IS 1891 (Part-III) 1993. Hygenic grade : The white rubber cover is compounded to be non-toxic and odourless and is used for handling sugar, pharmaceuticals and food products conforming to IS 1891 (Part-IV) 1988. Fire resistant (FR) : Specially designed for use in Coal and Mines where fire-hazards are likely to occur. These belts conforms to CSA-CAN-M422/M87 DIN-22103 The company also manufactures cleated belts, skirt board rubber, rubber sheets, impact rubber rings and bucker up strip (buffer channel).
