Conveyor belts

NRC Industries Ltd, has introduced conveyor belts that are of 2,500mm width. The performance and versatility of conveyor belts make them more useful in situations where bulk material must be transported to considerable distance even where significant differences in height are involved, in storage, in tunnels or in the open, in port of embarkation or in other industrial sites like cement, steel, paper, mines and thermal power stations. Features: -High tensile resistance with low elongation -Good troughing and impact resistance -High flexibility of the carcass fabrics to prevent buckling while wrapping on pulleys -Good interface adhesion of components for better flex life -Better load carrying capacity over long haulage -Available in moulded rubber or tough slit edge finish -Resistance to environmental operating condition -Resistance to heat and to high temperatures -Resistance to vegetable or minerals, oils, fats, solvents -Resistance to chemical products such as acids, basis, oxidizing agents, even at significant concentrations -Good surface electrical conductivity -Good resistance to fire and flame propagation
