Conveyor belt vulcanisers

Nilos India a joint venture of Nilos GmbH - manufacture lightweight, aluminium section, conveyor belt vulcanisers. These are used for vulcanising fabric conveyor belts as well as steel cord belts. Hydraulically actuated cylinders in aluminium frames ensure ease of handling and quick setting up of the unit. These can be manufactured to handle different widths of belts. Vulcanisers for spot and edge repairs as well as rubber material for vulcanising can also be supplied. The company also undertakes belt reconditioning and vulcanising in situ.
