Chips And Parts Conveyors

Universal Conveyors' magnetic chips and parts conveyor has been designed to convey ferrous materials such as small parts, stampings, chips and turnings. The conveyor mechanism is of totally enclosed construction. There are no external moving parts to get jammed and break. Powerful magnets of the conveyor attract and hold parts or chips and slide them over smooth stainless steel top plate. The liquid tight construction allows the lower part of the conveyor to be completely submerged in oil or coolant tanks. Suitable to work under hazardous conditions, the magnetic conveyor can be used in temperature of up to 80?C and can carry parts that are difficult to handle. Manufacturers of fasteners, pressed components, automobiles as well as heat, use it treatment shops, to save machine down time and labour substantially, thereby increasing productivity. The conveyors can be supplied in various shapes and sizes. Standard conveyors are available for Cooper P251, P630, HMT H-400 and L-400 gear hobbing machines, broaching machines, etc.
