Produced using an environmentally-friendly solvent-free process, the Garlock THERMa-PUR spiral wound gasket is a safe, effective solution for heat exchangers, exhaust systems, chemical processing and other high-temperature applications. The spiral wound is an addition to the 4122 THERMa-PUR product line, developed in response to customer demand for a high temperature option. The THERMa-PUR spiral wound contains proprietary heat resistant materials, providing improved weight loss characteristics, and is manufactured using an environmentally friendly solvent-free process. It also resists absorption of water and reduces the possibility of corrosion between flanges.
