Spray Jet Cleaners, High Pressure

Progressive Ultrasonics offers a range of high pressure Spray Jet Cleaners for cleaning of industrial components. These are most advanced and most effective high pressure spray-jet cleaning equipments built with indigenous technology. The standard Model SP-4-25 has tank size of 600 x 600 x 300 mm. The tank has a SS basket of diameter 500 mm, which rotates at a speed of 7-8 RPM. The spray manifolds are fixed at the bottom, top and the sides of the tank. A SS high pressure pump of 4 bar is fitted on to the storage tank. A high pressure jet is sprayed on the components to be cleaned. This machine can effectively remove contaminations like oil, grease, durt, dust, loose burrs, stains, marks, etc. The standard equipment comes with SS wire mesh basket, mechanical timer and thermostatically controlled heaters and oil skimmers, etc.
