Cleantech Systems Private Limited is engaged in providing Rotary Indexing Washing Machines. It is a four-stage equal rotary indexing washing machine with common station for loading and unloading. In this, the components to be cleaned are loaded on the indexing arm and fixtures at the loading and unloading station. The components are transferred inside the cleaning chamber, and indexing arm gets indexed, when cycle start button is pressed. Indexing arm is indexed to the flooding cum washing chamber followed by the air blow chamber and finally to loading and unloading station. After the cleaning gets over, a fresh batch of components for cleaning is loaded by the operators. This range of rotary indexing washing machines is designed and developed in accordance with the international quality standards. The machine consists of: common chamber for internal cleaning; flooding and external spray washing and air blow with intermediate partitions; two-tank system for cleaning liquid (dirty tank and clean tank); spray pump; circulation pump; filtration system; electric heaters for liquid heating; rotary indexing arm with position locking arrangement; component fixtures; and PLC logic based control panel with necessary safeties and interlocks for smooth functioning of the machine.
