Multi-Chamber Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

Trans-O-Sonic manufactures microprocessor based multichamber industrial ultrasonic cleaning machines for use in industries such as automobile, electroplating, jewellery, ophthalmic, and engineering. Model D 1000-SPL-MP is specially developed for use in hospitals. It consists of two chambers. The first chamber is an ultrasonic chamber and the second chamber is a rinsing chamber. All the seven cycles of operations starting with Water In to the last cycle's IE Water Out are regulated by a progrwnmable logic controller. The swinging mechanism is provided in both the chamber for efficient cleaning and rinsing. The powerful water jets are incorporated in the rinsing chamber for thorough rinsing. Trans-O-Sonic also manufactures multi-chamber ultrasonic cleaning machine compatible with water based solvents with an automatic materials handling system.
