Blast Cleaning Equipment

CLEMCO GmbH offers high quality abrasive blast cleaning equipment and accessories. They include: blast pots, blast hoses, nozzles, nozzle holders, remote control valves and handles, safety helmets, blast suits and climate conditioners. These are produced to ensure high productivity, long life and adequate safety to the operators. The company also offers wet blasting system, internal pipe painting and cleaning tools (for a range of 2" to 36" of internal diameter), cabinet blasting machines, eductomatic portable vacuum blasting tool with return suction, abrasive recovery system, dehumidifying chambers to local climate, and plastic media for blasting. CLEMCO's venturi nozzles are used particularly on the surfaces which are extremely difficult to clean like removing thick rust, mill scale, and poor coating. The venturi nozzle is reported to have increased production from 50 to 70% compared to the locally available nozzles. CLEMCO's quick coupling for connecting the blast hose is easy to fix neck to neck, permitting smooth flow of air and abrasive from one hose to another. The internal coupling of the blast hose normally restricts the flow of abrasives, creates congestion and turbulence. CLEMCO's safety heimet's major advantage is airfeed, which keeps dust out of the helmet, and the outer lense could be replaced to retain clear vision and comply with OSHA and many International Safety Regulations.
