Rust Preventive – Meta Protector 300

Metachem Sales Corporation offers Meta Protector 300, a water-based, low cost Rust Preventive. Water has numerous uses in various industrial applications. It has excellent cooling properties, is non sticky and comes almost free. However water is having highly corrosive properties. Plain water causes rusting of components and systems. To avoid rusting of components Meta Protector 300 is used. This is added only 1 to 3% in to the water to avoid rusting of components. The product contains additives for rust protection. The product also contains anti bacterial additives to stop development of bacteria in the water. This avoids foul smell associated with development of bacteria in the water. These bacteria also secrete acids into the water making the water acidic, and causing rusting of components and machines with the use of contaminated water. The product can be added in to coolant tanks, water testing units, water circulation systems and heat treatment quenching tanks, etc. Rust protector can also be used as rust protection of components. Once dipped in to Meta Protector 300 based water, the components remain protected for long time before they are used for assembly, etc. The product is available in 5, 50 and 200 kg packings
