Mechanical Structure For CNC Retrofitting

Orbit Machine tools is engaged in the field of machine tools since 1995 as a manufacturer of precision lathe machines of all sizes. After achieving a significant success in the market the company has started manufacturing basic mechanical structures of lathe machine to be retrofitted by any CNC kit. The company offers only mechanical structure and all electronic work has to be done by the customers at their end through a local retrofitter for better service and maintenance of electronic parts. The company can manufacture any size of lathe machine and any type of SPM as per customers’ requirements. The picture shows a lathe machine having 130 mm spindle bore to be retrofitted for threading PVC column pipes. The company also manufactures high speed keyway attachment for lathe machines. This attachment holds end mill cutters in collets as per the diameter of the cutter. The speed of the spindle is fixed 2800 RPM and the operator has to use carbide end mill cutters for keyway. This attachment is adjustable in height as per the centre height of lathe. The company also manufactures all types of belt driven precision lathe machines having some special models with 3 bearings on spindle for better rigidity.
