Cnc Rotary Tables With Worm Screw System

Nikken Kosakusho Works Ltd, Japan, now offers its CNC rotary tables with carbide worm screw system. A combination of the steel-way and the hollow roller bearing eliminates the sliding parts completely. Pre-loading system, which will cause no chattering even after a long term operation, is employed. Nikken CNC rotary table has rigidity to ensure loads and heavy cutting forces from any direction. A combination of the hardened worm gear and the cemented carbide screw ensures the specified accuracy of within 20 seconds for a long period without requiring any readjustment. The cemented carbide system together with the pre-loading system reduces the friction resistance by a large margin,to realise the positioning speed of 22.2 RPM (CNC 20ODC) which has never been accomplished. 'Me powerful feeding is also possible in circular cutting. Idle time can be eliminated.
