Tek India offers a laser marker Model Allprint CS, introduced by Alltec GmbH (Germany), a leading manufacturer of a wide variety of laser systems. This meets the needs in application for permanent and clean product marking. The marker"s sealed-off CO2 laser technology provides the reliability of all solid state lasers but eliminates high service costs. There are virtually no restrictions on the font types or graphics, which can be marked. The device can mark both moving and non-moving parts. The standardized modules and interface guarantee a fast and smooth integration for manual, semi or automated production lines. The marking speed can be programmed from 0-20,000 mm/s or up to 500 characters/s and marking field is 60 x 90/130 x 190 mm?, depending on application and focusing optics. Digital high-speed X-Y galvanometer scanner achieves beam deflection and focusing is done using precision lens system with focal length of 100/200mm. The configuration and operation is accomplished on-line through external devices like PLC or host computer or directly at the system through handy controller Smart Navigator. This marker"s software, Smart Job, comes with a full feature text/data/graphics/parameter editor for optimized marking. This Graphical User Interface can be used on any standard PC under Windows 98 or NT. Alltec laser markers are used for permanent printing of logos, bar codes, texts on to most different products like packaging, name plates, electronic components, glass, keyboards, housings, tools, cables, hoses, plastics, credit cards, smart cards, tubes etc. making it an ideal equipment for industries like food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, electronics, engineering and so on.
