Punjab-based Standard Electricals Limited, manufacturers of "Standard" switchgear, has been in the field of low tension switchgear for the last 40 years. The company offers a range of street lighting cutouts. These are specially designed for installation in the base compartment of the tubular poles and incorporate a variety of Loop-in Loop-out 3, 4 and 5 core cables. Specialised terminals and fuse holders are highly compatible and sturdy to the customer needs. Cutouts are fabricated in CRCA/zinc coated steel sheet, powder coated to withstand extremely onerous conditions. Glands of the product conform to BS-6121 with earth tags, PVC shrouds and terminals as well as fuse fitting fixed to the standard DIN bar. These conform to IEC 439-1985 and BS 5486 standards.
