Services offered at work: complete rewinding with class F and H insulation of stator, armature, IP poles, field coils, etc; manufacturing and repairing of power transformers up to 10 MVA; partial repairs of HT motor windings; redesigning of motors for energy conservation, frequency, voltage and output modification; complete recaging of squirrel cage rotors with new bars and end rings; complete overhauling, varnishing, baking, assembling, testing, painting and packaging; fault analysis and troubleshooting; repairs of core by re-insulating and staggering the lamination; fabrication and supply of wound coils for AC, DC, HT motors; winding health analysis; commutator re-insulation and rebuild.
