Monga is a leading global brand in radio frequency heating equipment for PVC sheet welding and textile yarn drying. In 2005, Monga Group acquired its hitherto partner Strayfield Ltd in the UK, thus consolidating its 'bench mark' status in radio frequency heating applications in the world. The company has also developed its own backward integrated sheet metal enclosure operation. Manufactured using the finest equipment, processes and technology from across the world, these enclosures conform to the highest in international standards of fit, finish and reliability. Currently, the range includes control consoles, terminal boxes, control cabinets, small enclosures, and network cabinets. It also manufactures custom built enclosures for UPS applications, display units, sound proof canopies for compressors and DG sets to name a few. Standard cabinets from Monga are manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC machines. The main body of the structure is fully welded to ensure strength, stability and accuracy of dimensions. The frame of the cabinet is made of 2/2.5 mm CRCA sheet depending upon the size of the cabinets. The front covers are made of 2 mm CRCA sheet and side, back and top covers are made of 1.5 mm CRCA sheet. ISI tested eye bolts for lifting the panel and document holder are part of the standard supply. These cabinets can be bayed together to form a larger system. Hinges, 3-point locks and other hardware used are from ISO certified manufacturers. Zinc passivated mounting plate of 2.5/3 mm CRCA sheet, horizontal supports with punched holes. Exhaust fan mounting brackets and filters can be supplied as per extra requirement. In standard cabinets the main structure is powder coated with RAL 7011 (DA gray) plain matt finish and all doors and covers are powder coated with RAL 7032 (Siemens gray) having structure finish. Plinths available in 100 mm and 200 mm height for cable entries.
