Multi-Gauging Fixtures

Jayesh Enterprises, a company engaged in manufacturing Plain limit gauges, Thread gauges, Air gauges and Special gauges for many years, has now started manufacturing Multi-Gauging Fixtures combining pure electronic, air electronic, and computerised gauging stations with SPC, MSA, and networking as per customer’s requirements. Multi-gauging systems are used to measure a number of dimensions simultaneously on a jig or fixture. Various dimensions can be checked using probes which include but are not limited to internal diameters, external diameters, lengths, straightness, run-out, concentricity, etc. Multi-gauging can be used for various components such as con-rod, crank shaft, cam shaft, main shaft, drive shaft, counter shaft, cylinder block, cylinder head, transmission case, various types of auto shim selection like hub shim selection, gauging with auto segregations, spool and sleeve match gauging, flange run out, etc. All the above system will control the CNC, VMC and conveyor system.
