Aluminium foil container (casserole) making presses, semi automatic

These presses are pneumatically controlled and work on an input of compressed air at 90 PSI and deliver an output force up to the required value. The system consists of a hydraulic cylinder, an air to oil intensifier and an oil reservoir, all combined into a compact integral unit. The output ram approaches the work piece at rapid speed (adjustable) under low-pressure compressed air. On touching the work piece, the intensifier is automatically energised by means of a directional control valve. This results in a high-pressure stroke up to a maximum of 24 mm. The ram retracts rapidly at a low pressure on completion of the work cycle. Salient features: low investment, energy saving, negligible maintenance, fast action, force infinitely adjustable and high cycle rates for increased production. Being bench-model, the presses can be conveniently mounted on any working table or on suitable stand simply with the help of four bolts. Highlights: (1) Unique in-built quality body can withstand the severity of loading; (2) All the components are designed and made to assure long life; (3) Guides/ram is made of alloy steel, heat-treated accurately throughout the stroke length; and (4) The table for the press is finished to such standards so that any tool can be easily and accurately mounted. The press is compact and vibration-free. Above all it can ensure viable safety options depending on application.
