Leak Detector, Halogen/Sf6/Refrigerant Gas

Abhitron India has introduced a Halogen Leak Detector, an exquisite instrument with higher performance and lower price, powerful function and high sensitivity, and stable and easy to operate. It detects all kinds of halogenated refrigerants with single colour LED display with 6 level leak alarm. The instrument has tricolour display of battery voltage and has Reset key that can provide convenient and fast resetting function. It has real time sensitivity adjustment and adopts quality sensors that can detect slight leak of halogen gases. The probe is flexible stainless steel with maximum sensitivity to halogenated refrigerants, 3 gr/vr. Battery life is around 30 hours under normal conditions. The probe length is around 35 cm for checking leakages. Working mode includes continuous and no limit reaction time for the instrument is with 2 sec instantly. Resetting time is around 2 sec, warm up time about 6 sec. The instrument is portable and ideal for minor checking in places where the human hand does not reach. The weight for the instrument is around 560 gm, power supply is 3 V DC, and working temperature will be approx around 0-52°C. Application range: the unit responds to all halogenated (with chlorine and fluorine included) refrigerants. This includes, but it is not limited to CFCs, e.g., R12, R11, R500, R503, etc; HCFCs, e.g., R22, R123, R124, R502, etc; HCFCs, e.g., R134a, R404A, R125, etc; and blends such as AZ-50, hp62, MP39, etc. It detects ethylene oxide gas leaks in hospitals sterilising equipment (it will detect the halogenated carrier gases), SF-6 in high voltage circuit breakers, most gases that contain chlorine, fluorine and bromine (halogen gases), cleaning agents used in dry cleaning applications such as perchlorobetinyl, halogen gases in fire extinguishing system.
