INJkon injection moulding machine control system incorporating a micro controller is the most versatile and cost efficient, optimally designed to best suit the automation needs of plastic injection moulding machines. Salient features: modes - fully auto/semi auto/hand/die set/purge; function - programmable machine ejector/triple core/air jet/unscrew/multi stage injection/refilling/suckback/auto mould height adjustment/auto die set function; four transferable digital input/output facilities; screw RPM indication; optional boost for mould, injection, refill, core, ejector, unit and mould height; two stage locking; main motor On/Off facility on keypad (Maestro model only); mould memory - 50, hourly production for last 24 hours; auto heat on (Maestro model only); and RS 232/RS 485 Serial interface, robotic functions (optional).
