Abhitron India offers digital gas detector system for industrial purpose, which works on 230 V/AC.
- The digital indicator gives accurate reading of the gas concentration of around 250 hazardous gases and gives the safety alarm as per international standard levels for ambient atmosphere
- This system helps identifying potentially hazardous gas leaks; the system transmits warnings via a series of audible and visible signals such as alarms and flashing lights when the danger levels of gas vapours are detected; as the system measures a gas concentration, the sensor responds to a calibration gas, which serves as the reference point or scale; as a sensor’s detection exceeds a preset alarm level, the alarm or signal will be activated
- This system helps the user to see the actual gas concentration from far distance; toxic levels can be given in PPM range, lower explosive limit in LEL range and also concentration by volume in percentage; the response time for detection is within 2 seconds; there are selectable alarm levels for the user, which can be adjusted from the front panel with the help of span and zero for which the calibration is mandatory
- The monitor has wall mounting facility to which the user can attach CMRI and BIS certified gas sensor; the operating temperature ranges from 0-50°C; it detects more than 300 hazardous gases such as LPG, hydrocarbons, ammonia, hexane, hydrogen, sulphur dioxide, acetone, benzene, alcohols, esters and around 100 inorganic gases, etc.
