High Temperature Ptfe Electrical Sleeves

Flu-tef Industries offers a wide range of PTFE electrical sleeving, with inner diameters of 0.5 mm, 0.75 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 3.5 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, and 9 mm. Wall thickness ranges from 0.25 mm to 1.0 mm for use in high temperature applications with excellent thermal, physical and electrical properties. They are suitable for use at temperatures between -65? and +200?C, are inert to most chemicals and fluids even at elevated temperature and pressure and resistant to soldering damage. These sleeves are approved by LCSO and CDoT and are manufactured and tested to JSS 54802 requirements. Comprehensive in-house production and test facilities are combined with a quality control system that assures a zero defect product and complete traceability of material and process data. The sleeves are available in ten solid colours. A wide range of sleeves is held in stock to effect immediate delivery. Sleeving in inch sizes are available on request.
