Dgca Approved Aircraft Wires & Cables

Sanghvi Wire Products offers a range of PTFE insulated wires and cables, with the approval of DGCA for use in civil aircraft wiring applications such as in onboard instruments and for interconnect wiring. These cables exhibit excellent thermal, physical and electrical properties. They are suitable for use at temperatures between -65? and +200?C, are inert to most chemicals and fluids even at elevated temperature and pressure, resistant to soldering damage and suitable for high frequency applications. These wires and cables are approved by DGCA and are manufactured and tested to BS 2G 210 requirements. Comprehensive in-house production and test facilities are combined with a quality control system that assures a zero defect product and complete traceability of material and process data. The wires are available in ten solid colours and with colour striping for identification. Multi-core cables are available in various constructions such as twisted pairs, twisted and jacketed and twisted-shielded and jacketed styles.
