Cable Tray Ties

Novoflex offers a unique, simple and neat self locking cable tray tie which provides a convenient method of fixing cables to perforated cable trays. The special design enables to be fixed on cable trays without the need for access to the rear of the cable trays. The two sections of the piece cable ties are easily cut apart and slotted into cable trays both sides and then pulling the tail passing through the head, the cable can be fixed. The excess tail is to be cut for neat and compact finish. The non-return cam-action locking device ensures that the tie will never come off or slacken. Its unique design and material result in high tensile strength, increased flexibility, dependability, nbn-corrosiveness, non-conductiveness and meet though requirements where extended performance is demanded in areas of vibration and where pull out strength, resistance to temperature cyclings are important. These ties are self extinguishing, resist humidity, fats, salts, oils, ageing, grease, alkalies, common solvents, dilute acids and other chemicals. They maintain holding strength over a temperature extreme of -35?C to +105?C. They are available in ultraviolet weather resistant black colour. The use of these cable tray ties are simple and they reduce the cost of cabling. They replace the use of galvanized/aluminium strips which require a lot of prefabrication work at site.
