Intelligent Earth Leakage Relay

ElMeasure's ‘intelligent earth leakage relay’ (iELR) replaces conventional ELR which works with the settings through the potentiometers/DIP switches. Problem with this kind of relays are accuracy and frequent malfunctioning. The microcontroller based iELR with 4-digit, 7-segment red bright digital display, is very unique compared to conventional ELRs. Features: 1. Inverse curve – trip time is inversely proportional to leakage current; the iELR is intelligent, when the leakage current is 10 times higher than the set current, it trips 10 times faster compared to set time; 2. Continuous leakage current display – leakage current displays for the user to understand the quality of electrical network/machine online; enable/disable is possible through setup; 3. Continuous display of trip leakage current – in case of tripping, iELR captures and displays the trip current with the resolution of 4-digit, which helps the user to analyse and correct the problem; enable/disable is possible through setup; 4. Continuous scrolling display for set current and set time; 5. Field programmable through front panel keys with password protection; no limitations on the leakage current settings; 6. Wide input range 60 mA to 12 A and the trip time programmable from 300 ms to 30 seconds; and 7. Manual test and reset keys.
