Digital Motor Protection Relay

Parma International started manufacturing industrial transformers and voltage stabilisers in 1982. With the knowledge of industrial power the company stepped into manufacturing of measuring and controlling equipment, and industrial electrical protection, process instruments. The Digital Motor Protection Relay, Model VAST, shows voltage, amp (programmable CT ratio), frequency display in four lines with trip for over current, under voltage, over voltage, phase loss (through current sensing), and phase sequence reversal. Specifications: system – 3-phase, 4-wire; input voltage – 415 V AC (L-L); input current – 1 A/5 A; range volt, resolution – 0-500 V AC max, resolution 1 V; range amp resolution – 5 A (.2 A to 6 A) 1 A (.05 A to 1.2 A) 1 A < 100 A, 1 A >100 to 1000 A, .01 kA >1000 A; burden – 0.2 VA; frequency – 45-65 Hz, resolution .1 Hz; display – four line three digit each 0.5” super bright display; bar graph – for each phase in five steps of 20% each as per CT ratio; current – over current with time delay 0-99 sec; phase failure – phase failure through current sensing; over and under voltage – programmable though front key pad with time delay 0-99 sec; phase sequence reversal – yes; output – 1 C/O 8 A (24 V DC/240 V AC); auxiliary supply – 230/110 50 Hz (-20% + 15%); power consumption – 4 VA; accuracy – class 1 for V/A 0.1% of FS for HZ; measurement – true RMS; display – 3D for V, 3D for A, 4D for frequency; ambient – -10º to 55ºC (at non freezing status) 10%-95% RH (non-condensing); and option – VAST 20 also available for loads up to 15 kW directly on request.
