The controller for press automation is a 32 bit microprocessor based controller with DIN standard modular design. This controller is Ideal for retrofit on WIENGARTEN, SCHULLER, ERFURT & HMT presses.
Following options are available for press automation:
1. Auto shut height controller
2.Total press automation with shut height control, cushion stoke indication, crank angle indication etc.
Auto shut height controller offers precise positioning of shut height. User can store multiple number of programs including the data of various dies. Automatic positioning of shut height will take place as per the die selected, which reduces manual errors & efforts, ensures press safety & increases productivity.
