Control system for injection moulding machine

Streamline Controls, Gandhinagar, offers injection moulding machine control system, in a customised programmable package with many desirable features. It has inherently reliable micro-controller technology, with 8051/12 Hz CPU. It offers up to 16 proximity (And/Or Limit switches) inputs, up to 16 solenoid outputs, up to 8 zone proportional controller, up to 16 timers, manual/semi-auto/fully-auto functions of the machine and an optional 0-10V analog output for proportional control of pressure and flow. Features: -Additional inputs/outputs -Temperature zones and/or timers for advanced customised solutions, which is desired in a new climate of determined growth -Security of programmed parameters is ensured by latest E2PROM technology. -5 digit mould counter -5 digit counter for counting number of pieces -Cycle time counter -Time totaliser, which helps in production analysis temperature settings relative to different moulds. - Thermocouple 'OPEN' & 'REV' conditions are detected and displayed. -Password protection is provided to avoid unauthorised access to the configuration. It comprises of enhanced user-friendly membrane keypad programming for easy operator interface. Interlocks for mould safety in case of abnormal pressure rise, low temperature condition, door open and emergency are provided for safer operation of machine.
